Terms and Conditions of “Let’s Play & Chill with KBZPay” Campaign

  1. KBZPay “Let’s Play & Chill with KBZPay” Campaign takes place from 5th August 2024 to 1st September 2024. 
  2. Only KBZPay Level 2 Customers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. KBZPay Level 1 and Level 1.5 Customers need to upgrade to Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign. KBZPay Youth Account and KBZ Employee are not eligible to participate in the task where they need to invite new users. 
  3. The purpose of the Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to complete specific Tasks listed on the Campaign page within KBZPay App and get a chance to open a Mystery Box, from which they can win Rewards such as physical prizes, Cashback, Gift Card Coupons, Top Up Coupons, and KBZPay Market Coupons. 
  4. Task one is where the Customers have to invite new Customers from the Campaign page. If the new Customer’s (Invitee’s) KYC has been approved and the invitation is successful as a KBZPay Level 2 Customer, the Inviter will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. The inviter can open the Mystery Box only one (1) time per invitee who has been successfully invited  and not more than thirty (30) times during the whole Campaign period. Moreover, the Inviter will also get 1,000 Ks Cashback per successful invitation, and the Invitee who registers and becomes Level 2 Customer of KBZPay via the Inviter’s invitation link from this Campaign will get a reward package which includes 300 Ks Cashback, a 300 Ks Top Up Coupon and a 400 Ks Gift Card Coupon. The Invitee who has already initiated a relationship with an invitation link from a different campaign will not be eligible for this Task. 
  5. Task two is where the Customers who make a transaction of 10,000 Ks or more for any Gift Card on KBZPay via the Campaign page will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. A Customer can only open the Mystery Box two (2) times per day from this Task.
  6. Task three is where the Customers who visit the Uni League Store on KBZPay Market via the Campaign page will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. A Customer can get a Reward from this Task only one (1) time during the whole Campaign period. 
  7. Task four is where the Customers who visit the Uni League Mini App on KBZPay via the Campaign page will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. A Customer can get a Reward from this Task only one (1) time during the whole Campaign period. 
  8. The Rewards included in the Mystery Box are as follows.
    • Samsung Watch 7
    • Samsung Bud Live
    • G-Shock Watch 
    • 300 Ks, 500 Ks, 1,000 Ks and 5,000 Ks Cashbacks
    • 2,500 Ks Gift Card Coupon (Only usable for 15,000 Ks and above Gift Card purchase transaction)
    • 500 Ks Top Up Coupon (Only usable for 3,000 Ks and above Top Up transaction) 
    • 4,000 Ks KBZPay Market Coupon (Only usable for 25,000 Ks and above transaction on KBZPay Market)
    • 200 Ks Gift Card Coupon (Only usable for 1,800 Ks and above Gift Card purchase transaction)
    • 200 Ks Top Up Coupon (Only usable for 2,000 Ks and above Top Up transaction)
    • “Thank You”
  9. The above-mentioned Rewards are subject to both a daily quota and a total quota for the entire Campaign period. This means it is first come, first served, and if the quota runs out, the Customers will not receive Rewards.
  10. KBZ will contact the winners of the physical prizes via SMS notification. The Winners are required to redeem his/her prizes at KBZ’s designated place within (10) days with the confirmation SMS. Winners will not be available to claim these prizes after the specified timeline. The Customer has to check the prize at the time of collection and KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes after the collection by the Winner.
  11. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My Profile”. Customers can only use one Coupon per eligible transaction. Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  12. Customers need to use the Coupons within seven (7) days of receiving them, as they will expire after this period and may no longer be usable.
  13. During this Campaign, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their prize as cash.
  14. During this Campaign period, Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (12) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign. 
  15. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  16. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  17. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  18. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this  Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  19. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  20. The normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
  21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  22. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  23. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
