1. “Let’s pay with KBZPay to stay stylish!” Campaign takes place from 4th October 2024 to 10th October 2024.
2. All Level KBZPay Customers can participate in this campaign.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay application version to the 5.5.0 and above.
3. The purpose of this campaign is to offer Customers the chance to win cashback during the campaign period. When customers purchase 50,000 Kyats or above at KBZ’s partner shops such as MK Fashion, American Collection, Giordano, UUBuy Myanmar, or Virgo Fashion and pay with KBZPay by scanning shop’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay), they will be eligible to win the following cashbacks: 300,000 Kyats (1 prize), 200,000 Kyats (1 prize), 100,000 Kyats (1 prize), and 50,000 Kyats (5 prizes).
4. Winners will be selected randomly, and each winner can be entitled to only one prize throughout the whole campaign. Winners will be announced within one week after the Campaign period.
5. Cashbacks will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible winners within two weeks after the winner announcement. However, the cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
6. The winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and partial mobile phone number to announce on KBZPay Official Facebook Page and Official Viber Channel.
7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
8. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account.
9. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPayAccount information.
10. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding thisCampaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
12. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
13. KBZPay Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
14. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the KBZPay’s Partner shops apply.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
