- “KBZPay QR Week” Campaign takes place from December 15th, 2024 to January 11th, 2025 as QR Days. During this Campaign period, December 21st, 28th 2024 and January 4th, 11th 2025 (Four Saturdays) are specified as QR Week.
- In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account Customers. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
- The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account Customers to get Cashbacks by making purchases 30,000 Kyats and above successfully at Merchants’ shops during the Campaign period and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present KBZPay QR (or) manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay).
- It will be eligible for the payments of 30,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will randomly get a chance to win the cashback per KBZPay account in a week for (14) times . KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for cashback as there are limits about the number of the times for cashbacks will be given.
- One KBZPay Account can be able to receive (14) chances per week for Cashback. Cashback rewards are

Additionally,if the Customer who made the payments by KBZPay reaches 7 times transactions of 30,000 Kyats or more within a week, the Customer will receive one chance to open the gift box for 400 Ks (or) 400,000 Ks Cashback on December 21st, 28th 2024 and January 4th, 11th 2025 (every Saturdays) as QR Week during Campaign period. The chance to win the Cashbacks 400 Ks(or) 400,000 Ks will be entitled once a week according to the Terms and Conditions. Customers will be able to receive their Cashback instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under “History”. There are limited Cashback amount. If the limited Cashback amount has reached, the Customer will not be entitled to receive a Cashback.
- Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
- During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
- Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
- KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
- Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
- KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Merchants’ shops apply.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
- These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
