  1. The lucky draw campaign is valid for customers who apply for new QAL loans or renew existing QAL loans within the period of September 1st to September 30th, 2023.
  1. The campaign is open to KBZPay agents and super-agent retailers who meet the loan application or renewal criteria.
  1.  Winners will be selected randomly through a computerized draw conducted by KBZPay Lending Team.
  1. The lucky draw winners will be announced on 3td Oct, and the winners will be notified via Facebook/Viber/Push Noti/SMS Blast.
  1.  KBZ bank will never ask for the password from the customers. Please do not share your OTP and PIN with anyone
  1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
  1. Employees and Super Agent’ salesman are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
  1. KBZPay reserves the right to use the names and photographs of the winners for promotional purposes.
  1. Winners will be required to present a screenshot of the push noti winner announcement they received and the winner name, phone number, NRC number and address to claim their prizes within one week.
  1. By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  1. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  2. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  3. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  4. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  5. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  6. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  7. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  9. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances
  10. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
