“Spread the joy this Christmas and New Year with KBZPay Pocket Money” Campaign Terms and Conditions 

1.   “Spread the joy this Christmas and New Year with KBZPay Pocket Money” Campaign starts from 21st  December 2024  to 1st January 2025.

2.  KBZPay Level  1.5 ,Level 2 and  Youth Account Customers will be able to participate and need to collect Snowflakes to get the christmas and new year pocket money before the pocket money opening days.

3.   The purpose of this Campaign is to enable  KBZPay Customers to get Christmas and New Year pocket money. After collecting snowflake in advance, the Customer can get one of three types of pocket money prizes pool such as Snowman, Reindeer and Santa Claus , depending on the number of snowflake that they have collected. Additionally, with the collected snowflake, customers can exchange the coupon and open the mystery box to get the cashback and other special prizes.

4. In order to get the Snowflakes , KBZPay Customer will have to complete the following tasks and collect the snowflakes.

       4.1 Invite KBZPay New Users

 There is no limitation on the number of new users that can be invited. However, during the campaign period, numbers of cashback and Snowflakes will be provided for up to 8 successful invitations. Both the inviter will receive specific cashbacks and Snowflakes, and the invitee will receive specific cashbacks and coupons once the invitee successfully upgrades to KBZPay Level 2. 

     4.2 Mutual Assist between Participants

          To collect snowflakes, participants can assist each other by sending the Link specified by KBZPay and entering the shared Link through social media during the campaign period. Each participant can request assistance or provide assistance up to three times per day. However, they can only assist or be assisted by the same friend once per day.

     4.3 Make payment 30,000 Kyats and above with a QR Code Payment at the Merchant Shops by scanning the Merchant Shops’ QR Codes

6.       KBZPay Customers can exchange the following coupons using  the snowflakes they have collected at the coupon exchange section in KBZPay.Each Customer can claim and redeem a maximum of 5 coupons per day.

Customers can check their coupons in the ‘My Coupons’ section under ‘My Profile.’ The validity                     of each coupon is 24 hours, and once the 24hours expire, the coupon will no longer be valid for use.

7.KBZPay Customers can open the mystery box using the snowflakes they have collected and win special rewards, including the Samsung Galaxy A55. Each time KBZPay Customers open the Mystery box every day during the Campaign, 20 snowflakes will be automatically deducted for each time. The rewards are-

8.  . The Samsung Galaxy A 55 special prizes will be delivered directly to the winners. However, if delivery to the winner’s location is not feasible, they will need to collect their physical prizes from a KBZPay-designated location. Winners of the special prizes will be notified via SMS by KBZPay. Special Prize winners can claim their prize by sending the email to [email protected] together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC, phone number and current address. Once KBZPay checks and confirms that the information is completed, the winner will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.

9. Winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ”s designated place within the specified days after receiving the confirmation SMS. Winners will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZPay will withdraw the prize if the prize is not collected within the specified date. The winner must accept the prize only after it has been checked the prize at the time of collection. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damages in the prize received by the winner.

10.     KBZPay Christmas and New Year Pocket Money

        KBZPay Users can get the christmas and new years pocket money by clicking “Open Button” in the campaign page.In order to get pocket money, the system will automatically match the prizes pool such as the Snowman, Reindeer and  Santa Claus base on the snowflake they have collected on 24th,25th,31st December 2024 and 1st January 2025 at 8:00pm.As KBZPay Users, they can only unlock any one of   the Snowman, Reindeer and  Santa Claus per day and get pocket money. There shall not be the same specific number of snowflakes to unlock the Snowman, Reindeer and  Santa Claus each day. 

11. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account prior to the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the KBZPay Pocket Money. 

12. KBZPay Customers need the snowflakes that have been collected by performing the tasks specified by KBZPay to unclock the Pocket Money Prizes pool, and after one time use,the snowflakes need to be collected for another time use.

13.     Cashbacks will be delivered directly to Customers’ wallets and Coupons will be found in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (24) hours. The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank. 14 Special prize winners and coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize/coupon as cash.

15. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign. 

16.        Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media.

17. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 12, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.

18.       KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

19. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

20.       In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

21.        Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.

22.       KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

23.       All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.

24.     These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

25. KBZPay QR Week Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay QR Week” Campaign takes place from December 15th, 2024 to January 11th, 2025 as QR Days. During this Campaign period, December 21st, 28th 2024 and January 4th, 11th 2025 (Four Saturdays) are specified as QR Week.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account Customers.  If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account Customers to get Cashbacks by making purchases 30,000 Kyats and above successfully at Merchants’ shops during the Campaign period and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present KBZPay QR (or) manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay).
  4. It will be eligible for the payments of 30,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will randomly get a chance to win the cashback per KBZPay account in a week for (14) times . KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for cashback as there are limits about the number of the times for cashbacks will be given.

  2. KBZPay Level 1.5, Level  2 and Youth Account Customers can participate in this campaign. If Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers and Youth Account Customers to get instant cash deduction by making purchases 50,000 Kyats and above successfully at Shwe Ohh shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Shwe Ohh shop’s KBZPay QR during this Campaign period.
  4.   4. “12.12 Grand Sale” Campaign offers special programs such as a delivery charges discount with first 150 orders of 30,000 Ks minimum purchase value on 16th December & 21st December and on 18th December they have a free delivery offer for the first 150 orders. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 2,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 2,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining excess delivery fee.
  5. In the KBZPay Market’s 12.12 Grand Sale, “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period. The first time “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held on 12th December 2024 8:30 PM and the second time will be held on 17th December 2024 8:30 PM. The promotion validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 12th December 2024 is from 12th December 2024 8:30 PM till 13th December 2024 8:30 PM.   8. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “12.12 Grand Sale”.
  9. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
  10. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZ. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  11. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation, technical errors, or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
  12. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZ and Merchants.
  13. KBZ and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZ and Merchants.
  14. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, KBZ decision will be final.
  15. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
  16. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.

1.   “A Collection of Thadingyut Lights Earn and Share, KBZPay’s Pocket Money at night” Campaign starts from 15th October 2024  to 21st October 2024.

2.  KBZPay Level  2 and  Youth Account Customers will be able to participate and need to collect candles before the pocket money opening days from 18th October to 21st October 2024.

3.   During the Campaign period, Customers will have to collect the candles to get pocket money. After collecting candles in advance, the Customer can get one of three types of lanterns once a day, depending on the number of candles that they have collected.There are three types of lanterns which are star lantern, paper lantern and sky lantern.

4.  As KBZPay Customer, they can only open a lantern once a day and get pocket money. In order to get pocket money, the system will automatically match starting from the biggest lantern every day.If the user click open button, they will get a chance to collect and open collect pocket money. 

5. In order to get the lantern, KBZPay Customer will have to complete the following tasks in order to receive Candles and sets of Candles per day. To collect the Candles,there are altogether eight tasks. 

      5.1 To invite new KBZPay Customers, and a total of (8) Customers can be invited. For such invitation, the inviter will be able to earn a specified number of cashback and the invitee will be eligible for a specified number of cashback and coupons.

18.        Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.

19.       KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

20.       All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.

21.     These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

22. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.

23. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
