KBZPay Level 1.5 ,Level 2 and Youth Account Customers can participate in this Campaign.  If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level  2 successfully. The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above to participate in this Campaign.

3. The purpose of this program is to allow all Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account users to spin the wheel when purchasing astrology services through San Zarni Bo Mini App, thereby earning cashback rewards and      free in person astrology reading coupon with Sayargyi San Zarni Bo. 

4. During the campaign period, each KBZPay customer can get one chance to spin the wheel per day by purchasing services through the San Zarni Bo Mini App in KBZPay. One KBZPay Account  can also receive one additional free spin during the campaign by sharing the activity of this Campaign on social media.

5. The Coupons  and cashback amount of San Zarni Bo will be randomly offered and are as belows:

6. KBZPay users who receive a coupon can click “Ask Now” on the coupon to go to the free fortune telling page and fill in the required information to get the free fortune telling. They can also visit the “My Rewards” section in KBZPay to view their coupons and ask for fortune telling by filling in the required information.

7. KBZPay users can only use the coupons they receive during the campaign period and the coupon will expire after the Campaign ends.

8. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can be entitled to receive onechance only per day by  purchasing astrology services through San Zarni Bo Mini App. KBZPay Customers will be able to get their Cashback directly to their KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”.  KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the random limit will not be eligible for Cashback as there are limits for cashbacks that will be given every day.

9. Cashback will be received directly into the KBZPay wallet. However, the cashback  credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.

10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 

11. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account.

12. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

13. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ      has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.

14. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ      regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ      without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

15. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

16. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

19. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.

20. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

Shop Your Favorites on KBZPay Mini Apps and  Double the Fun with Discount Coupons Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Shop Your Favorites on KBZPay Mini Apps and Double the Fun with Discount Coupons” Campaign takes place from 2025 March 31st to 2025 April 30th.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5, KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Customer if KBZPay Level 1  Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5, KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Customers to purchase at one of  KBZPay Mini Apps under Mini Apps of KBZPay can get discount coupons and cashback when the tasks are completed as following –

1,000 Ks Welcome Coupon

During the Campaign, KBZPay Customer can get a 1,000 Ks welcome coupon when first entering the mini app by scanning a QR code or click Campaign page link. A KBZPay Customer shall be entitled to only one welcome Coupon during this Campaign. To use this Coupon, a minimum purchase of 5,000 kyats is required and the coupon is valid for one (1) day after receiving the Coupon.

Team Activity

(a) To participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers must first invite friends and form a group of (1) or (2) members.

  1. One-member team: One Customer can form a team and accomplish the tasks on their own.
  2. Two-member team: The specified tasks will be completed by two (2) members and the participating members will receive the prizes.

(b) Once the Customer has been a leader or member of a team, he/she cannot form or join another team. A KBZPay Customer can only join one team within a specified period.

(c) Once a team is formed, the members will complete the specified tasks within (7) days from the date of team formation and will receive the rewards mentioned in paragraph (h).

(d) If the tasks are not completed within (7) days, the team will automatically be canceled and all tasks will be canceled. The Customer will be able to invite friends and, start a new team to re-participate the Campaign.

(e) If the Customer successfully completes the specified tasks within seven (7) days, the Customer will receive the rewards mentioned in paragraph (h), and be able to re-invite the friends and re-form a new team to participate in this Campaign.

(f) One-member team switching to two-members team is allowed at any stage. Starting from the newly formed level with two members, all two members will be able to complete the tasks and receive rewards. Rewards from previously completed levels with one-member Team will not be valid for the newly formed two member team.

(g) If a team is formed with two members, it is not allowed to cancel the member and replace with the new member. The team will automatically be cancelled, and a new team can be formed only after the specified tasks have been successfully completed.

Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers and it can be checked under “History”.  KBZPay Customers who perform the specified tasks after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for Coupons and Cashback as there are limits to the number of the Coupons and Cashbacks for every day.

5. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. However, the Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.

6. During the Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. According to the terms and conditions, the Customers  can  still redeem the coupon within the remaining  validity periods  even after the Campaign ends.

2. The purpose of this Campaign is to give KBZ Customers who receive international remittance funds via Merchantrade the chance to win Cashback prizes.

During this Campaign, all KBZ Customers who receive international transfers from Malaysia via Merchantrade through KBZ Bank or KBZPay Wallet Account  will automatically be eligible to participate in the prizes of the Campaign mentioned in Clause (5). During this Campaign, winners shall be selected every fourteen (14) days from the Campaign launch date, with fifty (50) winners per selection round.In the event of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control, KBZ Bank reserves the right to modify the winner announcement date as necessary.

The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to fueling at the selected petrol station and pay one hundred thousand (100,000) kyats and above via KBZPay and above during  the Campaign period and can get a chance to spin the wheel and win the Cashback: 1,000,000 kyats, 1,000kyats, 500kyats and Coupon :100,000 kyats, 50,000 kyats and 10,000 kyats.
  4. The minimum purchase amount is one hundred thousand (100,000) kyats per transaction and the Customer will get a lucky draw chance  by making payment of the minimum purchase via KBZPay successfully.
