1. Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Coupons and Cashback Campaign is from  July 1st ,2022 to July 31,2022.

2. The purpose of “Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback” Campaign is for all KBZPay Customers to enjoy cashback and discount coupons by collecting points via KBZPay top up function.

If the invitee is successfully registered at  KBZPay, the invitee (new users) will get a 100 MMK top up discount coupon, and the inviter will also get 300 MMK Cashback and 200 MMK top up discount coupon only when new users have been successfully upgraded to level 1.5.On top of that, if the invitee uses the top up function, the inviter will get 800 points more. 

10. Customers can use discount coupons at purchasing top up or any data packages. In order to use discount coupons, Customers have to purchase the minimum amount set in Clause 7 accordingly. 

11. Though Customers who are waiting for KBZPay Level 1.5 approval (KBZPay new users) will receive the discount coupons, the Customers will only be able to use the coupons after getting the confirmation that they are KBZPay Level 1 or 1.5 Customers.  

12. Customers need to use the discount coupons within 7 days of receiving them. Coupons will expire after 7 days.

Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Discount Coupons within 7 days as stated in Clause 12, if the Customer received the Discount Coupons on the last day of Campaign.

Winners can claim their prize by sending the email to [email protected] together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC, and phone number. Once checked and confirmed, customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.  

7. Customers can claim the Chaung Thar Tour package ticket until 31 Dec 2022 and the travel period is until 31 Jan 2023. 

8. Customers need to inform their travel date to the MMBus ticket at least 2 weeks prior.

1. The KBZPay Task Campaign duration is from 20th June 2022 to 17th July 2022. 

2. All Level and Version of KBZPay Customers will be able to participate in this campaign but in order to use the Top-Up Coupons, Customers have to be Level 1.5 and above. 

3. There are 2 types of Tasks in the Campaign. 

(3.1) First one is the Check-In Task where Customers can get a Top-Up Coupon by doing a Check-In at Campaign Page every day. There are 3 types of Check-In per week and 

• For 1st time Check in, Customers can get 20 kyats Top-Up Coupon
• For 3 consecutive Check In, Customers can get 20 kyats Top-Up Coupon and 50 kyats Top-Up Coupon
• For 7 days consecutive Check In, Customers can get 20 kyats Top-Up Coupon, 50 Kyats Top-Up Coupon and 100 kyats Cash Back

14. KBZ will not be held responsible for any errors in the prize drawn by the winner.
15. Winner are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
16. The Customer will lose the chance to Spin the Wheel if he/she closes the app or exits the Campaign page before actually spinning the wheel.

17. In order to participate in the Campaign, the app version has to be 3.0.3 and above.

18. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1, Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within 30 days as stated in Clause 9, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.

19. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information.
20. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
21. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
22. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
23. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
24. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
26. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
27. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

လေးစားတန်ဖိုးထားရပါသော KBZPay ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ကြီးများခင်ဗျာ၊ 

၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် မေလ အတွက်  KBZPay ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ကြီးများအား OTC ငွေလွှဲခြင်းသတ်မှတ်ချက် ပြည့်မှီခြင်းအတွက် အပိုဆုကြေးငွေများ ထပ်ဆောင်းပေးအပ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းပါးအပ်ပါသည်။ 

KBZPay ကိုအစဉ်တစိုက်အသုံးပြုပြီး သုံးစွဲသူအများပြည်သူအား ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသည့်အတွက် အထူးပင်ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါသည်။ 

မေလ  ဆုကြေးငွေအစီအစဉ် အတွက် သတ်မှတ်ပြည့်မှီ ရမည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် သတ်မှတ်မှုများ

မှတ်ချက်။  ။သတ်မှတ် Txn များ၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ငွေပမာဏများမှာ အနည်းဆုံးငွေပမာဏ ၁၀,၀၀၁/-ကျပ် နှင့်အထက်ရှိမှသာ ဆုကြေးငွေအဖြစ် ထည့်သွင်းရေတွက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ

၁။ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် ပေးအပ်ရခြင်းရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ KBZPay လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း ဖြင့်စီးပွါးရေး အကျိုးအမြတ်များ ပိုမိုရရှိစေရန်နှင့် KBZPay အားပိုမို အသုံးပြုလာနိုင်ဖို့မြှင့်တင်ပေးရန်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၂။ယခုပေးအပ်သောကိုယ်စားလှယ် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်အစီအစဉ်သည် (၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် ၊ မေလ (၁) ရက်နေ့ ၊ ၀၀:၀၀ နာရီ) မှစတင် အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး (၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် ၊ မေလ ၃၁ ရက်နေ့ ၊၂၄ နာရီ) တွင်ပြီးဆုံးပါမည်။

၃။သတ်မှတ်ထားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်အရေအတွက် ပြည့်မှီသော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များကို SMS နှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ် Apps (In app notification) မှတဆင့် အကြောင်းကြားပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ရရှိသောအကျိုးခံစားခွင့်ကို ကိုယ်စားလှယ်၏ KBZPay စာရင်းထဲ ( Agent wallet ) သို့ (လစဉ်) ပထမ အပါတ် သို့ ဒုတိယ အပါတ်အတွင်း တိုက်ရိုက် ထည့်သွင်းပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၄။ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်နှင့်ပက်သက်၍ မသမာမှု (သို့မဟုတ်) အငြင်းပွါးမှု တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက KBZPay တစ်ဦးတည်း၏အဆုံးအဖြတ်သာလျှင် အတည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် KBZPay သည် ကိုယ်စားလှယ် များအားဆက်သွယ်ပြီး OTP,PIN သို့မဟုတ် Account နှင့်ပါတ်သက်သည့် မည်သည့် သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကိုမျှ တောင်းခံမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

၅။ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် အစီအစဉ်တွင် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များမှ တဆင့်ငွေလွှဲခြင်း (OTC Only) လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များသားအကျုံးဝင်ပြီးဘဏ်အကောင့်မှငွေလွှဲခြင်း၊ ဘဏ်အကောင့်သို့ ငွေလွှဲခြင်း နှင့် customer အကောင့်သို့ ငွေသွင်းခြင်းနှင့် အခြားသောလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ အကျုံးဝင်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

၆။အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်ပေးအပ်သောကာလအတွင်းမည်သည့်လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖျားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမပြုရန် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များအား တားဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လိမ်လည်မှုအားမည်သည့်ပုံစံမျိုးနှင့်မဆို ကျူးလွန်သည်ဟု သံသယဖြစ်ခြင်းခံရသည့် မည်သည့်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ကိုမဆို KBZPay ကပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း နှင့် / သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်း၊ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် ပေးအပ်မှုကိုငြင်းဆိုခြင်း လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

၇။ ဤ Campaign နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ KBZPay ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ နှင့် KBZPay တို့အကြား အငြင်းပွားမှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာပေါ်ပေါက်လာပါက ထိုအငြင်းပွားမှုအား KBZPay၏ တာဝန်ရှိသူများမှ ပြဌာန်းဉပဒေအရ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်၏ ရထိုက်ခွင့်ရှိသည့် အခွင့်အရေးအား ထိခိုက်နစ်နာမှုမရှိစေရန် သေချာစွာ စိစစ်၍ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

၈။ KBZPay အနေဖြင့် တစ်စုံတစ်ရာသောအကြောင်းကြောင့် အသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိဘဲ ဤ Campaign အား ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း၊ ရပ်စဲခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) စည်းကမ်းချက်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းကြောင့် KBZPay ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အနေဖြင့် လျော်ကြေးတစ်စုံတစ်ရာရပိုင်ခွင့်မရှိသည်ကို သိရှိသဘောတူပါသည်။ 

၉။ KBZPay သည် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို တစ်စုံတစ်ရာသော အကြောင်းကြောင့် အသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားနိုင်ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်း နှင့် စည်းကမ်းများကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း၊ ရပ်စဲခြင်း နှင့်၊ သို့မဟုတ် Campaign အား ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် နှင့် Campaign နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်  သို့မဟုတ် သွင်ပြင်လက္ခဏာများအား ပြောင်းလဲခွင့် နှင့်၊ သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်ဆင်၊ ဖြည့်စွက်၊ ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့် တို့အား အခြေအနေအရ ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည်။ 

၁၀။ KBZPay ၏ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတူညီချက်တွင် ပါဝင်သောဆိုင်ရာပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များလည်း အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။

၁၁။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များအား ပြည်ထောင်စု သမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ ဥပဒေများကအစိုးရပြီး ယင်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုရမည်။

၁၂။ KBZ သည် COVID-19 ဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ သို့မဟုတ် သို့မဟုတ် KBZအနေဖြင့်  ထိန်းချုပ်၍မရသော အခြေအနေနှင့် မမျှော်မှန်းနိုင်သော သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ် ဖြစ်ရပ်များဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသည့် မည်သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်မှုမျိုးကိုမဆို အခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
