Terms and Conditions of “Let’s Play & Chill with KBZPay” Campaign

  1. KBZPay “Let’s Play & Chill with KBZPay” Campaign takes place from 5th August 2024 to 1st September 2024. 
  2. Only KBZPay Level 2 Customers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. KBZPay Level 1 and Level 1.5 Customers need to upgrade to Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign. KBZPay Youth Account and KBZ Employee are not eligible to participate in the task where they need to invite new users. 
  3. The purpose of the Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to complete specific Tasks listed on the Campaign page within KBZPay App and get a chance to open a Mystery Box, from which they can win Rewards such as physical prizes, Cashback, Gift Card Coupons, Top Up Coupons, and KBZPay Market Coupons. 
  4. Task one is where the Customers have to invite new Customers from the Campaign page. If the new Customer’s (Invitee’s) KYC has been approved and the invitation is successful as a KBZPay Level 2 Customer, the Inviter will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. The inviter can open the Mystery Box only one (1) time per invitee who has been successfully invited  and not more than thirty (30) times during the whole Campaign period. Moreover, the Inviter will also get 1,000 Ks Cashback per successful invitation, and the Invitee who registers and becomes Level 2 Customer of KBZPay via the Inviter’s invitation link from this Campaign will get a reward package which includes 300 Ks Cashback, a 300 Ks Top Up Coupon and a 400 Ks Gift Card Coupon. The Invitee who has already initiated a relationship with an invitation link from a different campaign will not be eligible for this Task. 
  5. Task two is where the Customers who make a transaction of 10,000 Ks or more for any Gift Card on KBZPay via the Campaign page will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. A Customer can only open the Mystery Box two (2) times per day from this Task.
  6. Task three is where the Customers who visit the Uni League Store on KBZPay Market via the Campaign page will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. A Customer can get a Reward from this Task only one (1) time during the whole Campaign period. 
  7. Task four is where the Customers who visit the Uni League Mini App on KBZPay via the Campaign page will get a chance to open the Mystery Box. A Customer can get a Reward from this Task only one (1) time during the whole Campaign period. 
  8. The Rewards included in the Mystery Box are as follows.

    • 300 Ks, 500 Ks, 1,000 Ks and 5,000 Ks Cashbacks

    • 4,000 Ks KBZPay Market Coupon (Only usable for 25,000 Ks and above transaction on KBZPay Market)
    • 200 Ks Gift Card Coupon (Only usable for 1,800 Ks and above Gift Card purchase transaction)
    • 200 Ks Top Up Coupon (Only usable for 2,000 Ks and above Top Up transaction)
    • “Thank You”
  9. The above-mentioned Rewards are subject to both a daily quota and a total quota for the entire Campaign period. This means it is first come, first served, and if the quota runs out, the Customers will not receive Rewards.
  10. KBZ will contact the winners of the physical prizes via SMS notification. The Winners are required to redeem his/her prizes at KBZ’s designated place within (10) days with the confirmation SMS. Winners will not be available to claim these prizes after the specified timeline. The Customer has to check the prize at the time of collection and KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes after the collection by the Winner.
  11. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My Profile”. Customers can only use one Coupon per eligible transaction. Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  12. Customers need to use the Coupons within seven (7) days of receiving them, as they will expire after this period and may no longer be usable.
  13. During this Campaign, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their prize as cash.
  14. During this Campaign period, Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (12) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign. 
  15. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  16. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  17. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  18. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this  Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  19. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  20. The normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
  21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  22. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  23. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

Get up to 50% off special promotion terms and conditions at KBZPay’s Digital Zay Mini Apps

  1. Get up to 50% off special promotion  Campaign at KBZPay’s Digital Zay Mini Apps  period from 1th August 2024 to 14th August 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 and KBZPay Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to purchase any selected items at Digital Zay Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay and get up to 50% off discount per item upon purchasing selected Items. 
  4. There is no minimum amount limit or limitation on available discounts per day in order to get a discount. Discounts are subject to stock availability.
  5. Customer can enjoy the special discount in these terms and conditions only for the purchase and payment of specified products in the Digital Zay Mini App  under the Mini Apps on KBZPay. .
  6. Discount will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet of the KBZPay Customer who makes the payment in this Campaign. 
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. If there any issues arise between the Customer and Digital Zay such as product return, and cancellation and/or refunds, such issues will be dealt and contact to the Digital Zay by the Customer . Customer must adhere to the decisions based on the terms and conditions of Digital Zay.
  9. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  10. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  11. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

KBZPay QR Week Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay QR Week Campaign takes place on 20th, 27th July and 3rd, 10th August 2024 (Four Saturdays).
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account users.  If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to open gift boxes and win rewards such as Cashbacks by making purchases at Merchants’ shops every Saturdays and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (or) manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay).
  4. It will be eligible for the first two payments of 30,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will randomly get a chance to open a gift box per KBZPay account in a day until the limited gift boxes remain. 
  5. One KBZPay Account can be able to receive two chances per day. Customers will be able to get their Cashback instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under “History”. Cashback rewards are

  1. “Enjoy having coffee in the rainy season and get cashback and coupons Campaign” takes place from 1st August 2024 to 14th August 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 and KBZPay Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, Customers will need to upgrade KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is to enjoy 500 Ks to 1000 Ks Cashback and Coupons  for Customers who make a payment of 5,000 Ks and above from selected merchants with limited amounts.The specified coffee shops are Booboo Café, Capulus Café, Coffee Channel, Coffee Date, Coffee Tree, Hta Naung Coffee, My Hill Coffee House, Origin Coffee, TellUs, Thae Lay Coffee, The District Coffee Lounge and The Tea Cafe & Social.
  4. During the Campaign period, the Coupons and Cashback are as follows.

  1. The purchased amount at coffee shops must be more than the Discount Coupon amount when redeeming the Discount Coupon received. During this Campaign, Coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or convert as cash.
  2. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 5,000 Kyats per transaction to enjoy Cashback and Coupons. Cashback and Discount Coupon are not available for purchases with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of respective coffee shops. 
  3. Participants in this Campaign will be entitled for one KBZPay account to receive one (1) Discount Coupon and one (1) Cashback per day for specified purchase payments and a maximum of fourteen (14) Discount Coupons and fourteen (14) Cashback during the Campaign period. There are limited 200 cashbacks quotas and 600 Coupon quotas every day.
  4. Regardless of the Cashback amount or Discount Coupon shown above, if the Cashback and Discount Coupon limit specified by KBZPay for this Campaign period is reached, “Thank You” will be received for any payment exceeding 5,000 Ks. 
  5. Discount Coupons will be delivered directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign and Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Discount Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank. 
  6. Discount Coupons will expire (7) days after receiving those Coupons and Customers can reuse these for purchasing through KBZPay QR Scan payment at coffee stores before the expiration date.

  8. If there any issues arise between Customers and coffee shops such as exchange or refunds will be dealt with by partnership coffee shops. For these issues, the customers must comply with the decision of the coffee shops as per their terms and conditions.
  9. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
  10. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

  1. “Enjoy Discounts by travelling with Ngu War Mini App ” Campaign that takes place from 15th July 2024 to 31st July 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 and KBZPay Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to purchase any amount of travel ticket at Ngu War Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay and get 1,000 Ks discount per seat upon purchasing travel tickets. 
  4. There is no minimum amount limit or limitation on available discounts per day in order to get a discount.
  5. Discount  is not available for the other payments aside from payment at Ngu War  Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay.
  6. Discounts will be received directly upon check out. 
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. If there any issues arise between the Customer and Ngu War such as changing the date and time of tickets purchased by the Customer, cancellation and/or refunds, such issues will be dealt with by the Ngu War and Customer, and Ngu War’s decision is final.
  9. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  10. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

KBZPay Market  “Market Mega Sale” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Market Mega Sale” Campaign will be started from 25th June 2024 till 4th July 2024. The delivery coverages that are eligible for this Campaign are the whole country of Myanmar.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 2 and if Level 1 or Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide special discounts and enjoy free shipping for KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above who purchasing from Merchants and making payment with KBZPay.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
  4. Market Mega Sale offers special activities such as “Market Hour”, free delivery for the orders with minimum purchase amount of 30,000 MMK on 26th June 2024 from 6PM to 9PM, 3rd July 2024 from 6PM till 9PM, daily first 200 orders on those days will be eligible for Free Delivery with 30,000 MMK minimum purchase on KBZPay Market. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 2,500 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 2,500 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee. And there will be a “Hottest Deals in Town” program during the Campaign period.
  5. In the KBZPay Market’s Market Mega Sale, “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held one (1) times during this Campaign period. The “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held on 25th June 2024 8:00PM. The “Hottest Deals in Town” Coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” is from 25th June 2024 8:00 PM till 4th July 2024 24:00 PM. The Coupon code of the products can be used only once per Customer with limited numbers of Coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the Coupon codes more than one time.
  6. The Coupon received by the Customer can be used in purchasing from Merchants on the KBZPay Market and the Customer’s purchase amount must be more than the Coupon amount.
  7. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “Market Mega Sale”.
  8. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
  9. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZ. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  10. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation, technical errors, or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
  11. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
  12. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
  13. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the Merchant decision will be final.
  14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version KBZPay Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
  15. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  16. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  17. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  18. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  19. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  20. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of the Merchants apply.
  21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  23. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

“Travel with Elite Express Mini App and Get Cashback” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Travel with Elite Express Mini App and Get Cashback” Campaign takes place from 29th June 2024 to 14th July 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 and KBZPay Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to purchase the any amount of travel ticket at Elite Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay and win 3,000 Ks cashback (Only daily limited Cashback will be available). 
  4. There is no minimum amount limit in order to get cashback.
  5. Campaign is not available for the other payments aside from payment at Elite Express Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay.
  6. It will be eligible for cashback only for their first payment in a day and every KBZPay Customer can participate one time per day during the Campaign period. However, there is a limited amount of cashback for each day, so if the Cashback amount exceeds that limit, the Customer won’t be able to get a Cashback.

  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 and KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all KBZPay Level 2 Customers to pre-order their favorite meals at Olive and Twist, Burma 47, Chinese 47,  TORA, Thai 47 (Helpin), Chapter 8, Pinlon House, Thai 47 (Kyauk Kone) and Thai 47 (Downtown), which are under 47 F&B Group Mini App under Mini apps of KBZPay and pick up the order and enjoy 15% off discount.

  1. KBZPay “Win Prizes with International Remittance on KBZPay” Campaign takes place from 7th June 2024 to 7th July 2024.
  2. Only KBZPay Level 2 Customers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. KBZPay Level 1 and Level 1.5 Customers need to upgrade to Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
  3. The purpose of the Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to receive any amount of  international remittance on KBZPay and get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel and win prizes. 
  4. Every time Customers receive an international remittance in any amount on KBZPay during this Campaign, they will receive one (1) chance to spin the Spin Wheel. 
  5. There is no limit to the number of chances a Customer can get from receiving international remittance during this campaign.

  2. Customers will be able to check their Top-up Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can use only one Top-up Coupon per phone bill top-up transaction. Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  3. Customers need to use the Top-Up Coupons within seven (7) days of receiving them, as they will expire after this period and may no longer be usable.
