Available cash out limit from KBZPay Centers in Myanmar

KBZPay Centers are open daily from 9:30 AM till 3:30 PM. Starting from 28th February 2022, you can cash out 300,000 MMK per KBZPay Account from all KBZPay Centers.

Customers are required to show the Book Appointment Booking Confirmation at the KBZPay Center to cash out the predetermined amount of 300,000 MMK per KBZPay Account with the agent fees of 2,400 MMK. The booking confirmation needs to be taken from the customer’s own KBZPay account and cannot have someone else cash out on behalf of the customers.

KBZPay Customers in Myanmar can now cash out at all KBZPay Centers without booking an appointment starting from 16th May. Customers can get all the KBZPay services including cash out and onboarding service at the agents from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 7day a week.  The daily limit of cash in, cash out, and remittance per customer is the same as the standard daily limit of  KBZPay blue apps.
