KBZPay customers who are Lv 1.5 and 2 can now book for branch appointments through the KBZPay app. Customers looking to make a withdrawal can book appointments via the KBZPay app under the ‘Branch Appointments’ function. Walk-in customers are accepted in all KBZ Branches between 9.30am – 3pm, for all transactions except for cash withdrawals.

Please note that cash withdrawal appointments are to be made from customers’ own KBZPay accounts. Customers are also required to add in the account number of their own bank account for withdrawal services.  Customers will not be able to perform cash withdrawal with confirmation made from other KBZPay accounts.
