Buy Bus Ticket at MMBusTicket Campaign at KBZPay’s MMBusTicket Mini Apps − Terms and Conditions

  1. Buy Bus Tickets at MMBusTicket and Enjoy Cashback Campaign  at KBZPay’s MMBusTicket Mini Apps  period takes place from 10th September 2024 to 5th October 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 and KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1  Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to purchase bus tickets at MMBusTicket Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay and pay 15,000 kyats and above during  the Campaign period and can get a chance to spin the wheel and win the Cashback: 5,000 kyats, 3,000kyats,2,000kyats,1,000kyats.
  4. The minimum purchase amount is 15,000 kyats and one customer can get one chance per day to win the Cashback. There are  limited Cashback units available. If the limited Cashback amount has reached, the Customer will not be able to receive a Cashback.
  5. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
  6. Campaign is not available for the other payments aside from payment at MMBusTicket Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay. The Customers cannot enjoy the chance to win Cashback in these Terms and Conditions beyond the Campaign period.
  7. If there arise any issues between the Customer and MMBusTicket  such as date changes,  cancellation and/or refunds, such issues will be dealt with and contacted to the MMbusTicket by the Customer . Customers must adhere to the decisions based on the terms and conditions of MMBusTicket.
  8. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  9. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  10. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
  11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  12. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
  14. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and MMBusTicket  terms and conditions  shall  apply.
  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
