“Celebrate 6th KBZPay’s Birthday with Exciting Plans” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Celebrate 6th KBZPay’s Birthday with Exciting Plans” Campaign takes place from 8th October 2024 to 13th October 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 , Level  2 and Youth Account Customers if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay application version  to the 5.5.0 and above.
  3. The purpose of this campaign is to give rewards to the KBZPay Customers as a gesture of appreciation  in celebration of KBZPay’s 6th Birthday.
  4. There is no minimum purchase amount required to get a chance to win the rewards. If the KBZPay Customers complete a designated task,they will get a chance to win the rewards. During the campaign period, each KBZPay Customer can receive only one chance. The rewards are Cashbacks, KBZPay Market Coupons, Top-up Coupons, Bill payment Coupon, Gift Card Coupon and Thank You.
  5. Cashbacks will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
  6. The KBZPay Market Coupons, Top-up Coupons,Gift Card Coupon, Bill payment Coupon received from this Campaign can be redeemed for the payment exceeding 1 kyats. The Customers can access the coupon by navigating to “Coupons” in KBZPay. Each coupon is valid for 7 days starting from the date of receipt. According to the terms and conditions, the Customers  can  still redeem the coupon within the remaining  validity periods  even after the Campaign ends.
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers who use KBZPay Application 5.5.0 and above version will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (6) if the Customers received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  8. KBZPay Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  9. The KBZ employees are not eligible for the 600,000 Kyats special prizes. Apart from that they are eligible  for the other rewards.
  10. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  11. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
  12. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  13. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  14. KBZPay Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
  15. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and MMBusTicket  terms and conditions  shall  apply.
  16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  17. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  18. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
