  1. Enjoy up to 50% discount special promotion  Campaign at KBZPay’s Prince Hotel Mini Apps  period takes place from 15th August 2024 to 30th August 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 and KBZPay Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to book any selected rooms for staying during the Campaign period at Prince Hotel Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay and enjoy up to 50% discount per room upon booking selected rooms.
  4. There is no minimum amount limit or limitation on available discounts per day in order to get a discount. Discounts are subject to stock availability.
  5. Customers can enjoy the special discount in these terms and conditions only for the book and payment of specified rooms to stay during the Campaign period in the Prince Hotel Mini App  under the Mini Apps on KBZPay. The Customers cannot enjoy the special discount in these Terms and Conditions beyond the Campaign period.
  6. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  7. If there any issues arise between the Customer and Prince Hotel  such as booking room and date changes,  cancellation and/or refunds, such issues will be dealt with and contacted to the Prince Hotel by the Customer . Customers must adhere to the decisions based on the terms and conditions of Prince Hotel.
  8. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  9. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  10. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
  11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  12. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
  14. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Prince Hotel  terms and conditions  shall  apply.
  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
