KBZPay Gift Card Spin Wheel – Terms & Conditions

1. KBZPay Gift Card Spin Wheel Campaign period is from May 20 , 2022 to June 3, 2022.

2. The purpose of KBZPay Gift Card Spin Wheel Campaign is for  KBZPay Level 1, Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to Spin Wheel and enjoy Cashback rewards, Coupon rewards and Samsung Tablet while purchasing Gift Cards with KBZPay.

3. Each time Customers purchase a Gift card (at least 800 Kyats) within the KBZPay Application, he/she will get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel.

The prizes in the Spin Wheel are as follows:

1. 100 Kyats Cashback
2. 200 kyats Cashback
3. 100 Kyats Gift Card Coupon
4. 150 Kyats Gift Card Coupon
5. 200 Kyats Gift Card Coupon

4. To obtain a Spin Wheel chance, Customers will have to spend a minimum amount of 800 Kyats for a Gift Card purchase, and a minimum amount of 800 Kyats is required for purchases after using Discount Coupons. Customers will not receive a Spin Wheel chance for Gift Card purchases of below 800 Kyats.

(For example, if A uses a 500 kyats Discount Coupon for a 1,500 kyats gift card purchase, it will cost 1,000 Kyats, and since that purchase is 800 Kyats and more, A will get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel)

(For example, if B uses a 300 kyat Discount Coupon to purchase a 1,000 kyats Gift Card,  it will cost 700 Kyats, and since that purchase is below 800 Kyats, B will not get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel.)

5. After spinning the Spin Wheel 5 times, Customers will get a chance to spin the Premium Spin Wheel. The prizes included in the Premium Spin Wheel are as follows:
   1. 500 Kyats Cashback
   2. 1,000 Kyats Cashback
   3. 1,000 Kyats Gift Card Coupon
   4. 5,000 Kyats Gift Card Coupon
   5. 10,000 Kyats Gift Card Coupon
   6. Samsung Tablet

6. After successfully purchasing the Gift Cards worth 800 kyats and above, KBZPay Customer has the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the Campaign period.

7. The Premium Spin Wheel will be available at every time after successfully finishing 5 Spin Wheels during the Campaign period.

8. The purchased amount of Gift Card must be more than the Discount Coupon amount when redeeming the Gift Card Discount Coupon received.

9. The Discount Coupons will expire after 30 days of receiving those coupons. 

10.  Gift card coupons are eligible for one coupon per one purchase – each Customer can use one Coupon at once for one purchase. 
11. KBZPay Customers will receive cashback rewards and Gift Card coupons instantly into their KBZPay wallet and KBZPay “My Coupon”. 
12. KBZPay will send an SMS to the winner of Samsung Tablet Prize, a special prize of KBZPay Gift Card Spin Wheel Campaign.
13. Winner can contact KBZPay Call Center Number 3211 and send an email to [email protected] with his/herpersonal details such as Name, NRC number, Phone Number and Current Address, as well as the received SMS Screenshot from KBZPay via email. KBZPay will send the prize to the winner within 10 working days upon receipt of complete information.
14. KBZ will not be held responsible for any errors in the prize drawn by the winner.
15. Winner are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
16. The Customer will lose the chance to Spin the Wheel if he/she closes the app or exits the Campaign page before actually spinning the wheel.

17. In order to participate in the Campaign, the app version has to be 3.0.3 and above.

18. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1, Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within 30 days as stated in Clause 9, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.

19. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information.
20. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
21. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
22. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
23. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
24. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
26. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
27. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
