KBZPay Market 12.12 Campaign – Terms & Conditions

  1. KBZPay Market 12.12 Campaign will be started from 12 to 18 December. 
  2. The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to 5.1 version and above. 
  3. Customers can visit KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above). 
  4. Customers can purchase the 12.12 Campaign products from KBZpay Market.
  5. The 12.12 discounted products are provided from the Merchant’s side. The Discounted products may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately.  KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage as their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay Market. HoweverKBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  6. Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or to any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign (either planned or unplanned).
  7. The purpose of this Campaign is to get discounts for KBZPay Customers who purchased at Merchants through KBZPay Market place. In the event of any issues such as cancellation, refund and disputes due to exchanging items purchased by Customers, poor quality of the products and not delivery on time and for any reason, it will be the responsibility of the Merchants and Customers. KBZPay will not be liable to settle for any issues between the Customer and Merchants arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.
  8. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  9. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  10. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during  this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  11. Any dispute arises between the KBZPay Customers and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
  12. Customers shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.
  13. KBZ reserves the right, at any time, for any reason and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or  cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
  14. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
  17. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
