KBZPay Valentine’s Day Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “KBZPay Valentine’s Day” Campaign takes place from February 10th to 14th, 2025.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account Customers.  If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully.
  3. During the campaign, KBZPay Customers will receive random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up by completing the activities specified by KBZPay. The specified activities are as follows:
    1. Pay with KBZPay (Making purchases 15,000 Kyats and above successfully at Merchants’ shops during the Campaign period and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present KBZPay QR (or) manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and get random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up).
    2. Deposit money to KBZPay (Deposit 15,000 kyats or more to KBZPay via  KBZBank, MPU, Master, Visa and Agent/Merchants and get random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up).
  4. A KBZPay Customer can perform  the specified activities up to the following specified number of times per day and earn a random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up . They will not be able to earn a random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up for activities exceeding the specified number.
    • Pay with KBZPay (up to 4 times per day)
    • Deposit money to KBZPay (up to 2 times per day)
  5. One KBZPay Account can be able to receive (30) chances for cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up during the Campaign. Cashback rewards are
    • 500Ks Cashback
    • 800Ks Cashback
    • 1,000Ks Cashback
    • 1,500Ks Cashback
    • 150,000Ks Cashback
    • Thank You.

Additionally, the Customer who completes the collection of 14 pieces of heart puzzles within a campaign period will receive one chance to open the gift box for two million Kyats Cashback on February 14th 2025. The chance to win the Cashbacks two million Kyats will be entitled only on February 14th 2025 according to the Terms and Conditions. Customers will be able to receive their Cashback instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under “History”.  KBZPay users who perform the specified activities after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for cashback as there are limits about the number of the times for cashbacks will be given every day.

  1. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. However, the Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
  2. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  3. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  4. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  5. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve  in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.
  6. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  7. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  8. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  9. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Merchants’ shops apply.
  10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  11. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
