“Pay with KBZPay at Sein Gay Har” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Pay with KBZPay at Sein Gay Har” Campaign period  takes place from 22th May 2024 to 3rd June 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level  2 and if KBZPay Level 1 and KBZPay Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers who purchase the amount of 100,000 Ks and above by scanning KBZPay QR Code with KBZPay and win up to 30,000 Ks Reward. 
  4. During the Campaign period, if Customers make a purchase and payment through any method other than KBZPay QR Code scanning payment, Customers will not be eligible to participate.
  5. Winners will be selected on 7th June and will be announced via Blue mark KBZPay official Facebook Page and will be sent SMS directly to the  Winners’ phone  numbers.
  6. Rewards will be as below.
    • 30,000 Ks x 5 winners
    • 20,000 Ks x 10 winners
  7. Within (10) days after the announcement (excluding public holidays), rewards will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The rewards credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  8. KBZPay Customers will be notified through channels  blue mark KBZPay Official Facebook Page and SMS sent by KBZPay, which will officially announce the Winners. KBZPay and Sein Gay Har bear no responsibility for any issues arising from contacting alternate phone numbers and other methods.
  9. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZPay and/or merchants’ control, the Winner announcement date and the timeline for which the reward credited date may change.
  10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  11. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign  for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  12. Users are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer  who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  13. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers  and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  14. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  15. KBZPay Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  16. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay and Terms and Conditions of Sein Gay Har shall also apply.
  17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  18. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  19. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
