1. Pay with KBZPay QR and win up to 100,000 MMK cash back Campaign is from May 18th 2021 to June 8th 2021.
2. KBZPay Level 1, 1.5 and 2 Customers who use QR payment or Merchant Short Code Payment at the Merchants with a minimum spending amount of 200MMK and above can get random cash back rewards in the Pay with KBZPay QR and win up to 100,000 MMK cash back Campaign.
3. In this Campaign, winners will be randomly selected due to the limited daily number of winners and will receive cash back only. The cash back will be rewarded directly to the winners’ KBZPay wallets. Depending on the purchased payment amount with KBZPay QR Payment or Short Code Payment, Customers can get full cash back up to 100,000 MMK as maximum.
4. To participate in the Campaign, the purchase amount needs to be at least 200 MMK Ks at a time.if the purchase amount is below 200 MMK , Customers cannot enjoy full cash back. The Customer will not be included in this Campaign unless the Customers use the KBZPay QR code or Short Code Payment from the KBZPay merchants to make payment.
5. Only during this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be able to random cash back on purchases at the Merchants and pay with QR payment or Short Code Payment. To participate in the Campaign, Customers need to update the KBZPay App to the latest version.
6. In order to participate in the Campaign, Customers have to make payment with QR code and Short Code Payment being set up only for Merchants. The Customer will not be included in this Campaign if the Customers use KBZPay blue Customer App to make payments at Merchants.
7. Customers can get cashback at the same merchants once per day.
8. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information.
9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during KBZPay Customer Buy Good Random cash back Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
10. Any dispute arises between the KBZPay Customers and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
11. Customers shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.
12. KBZ reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
13. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
