“Shwe Nar Sin Mini App 7 Days Free Trial Campaign” Terms and Conditions

  1. Shwe Nar Sin Mini App 7 Days Free Trial Campaign will take place from 8th May 2024 to 14th May 2024. 
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or Level 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay app version has to be 5.1 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Customers to enjoy any songs and audiobooks happily and to get more relaxation 8th May 2024 to 14th May 2024 from Shwe Nar Sin Mini App of KBZPay.
  4. KBZPay Customers may only get to enjoy any songs and audiobooks from Free Trial- 1 week Campaign if it is from Shwe Nar Sin Mini App of KBZPay. Customers may not get the benefits of the Campaign if they enjoy those from other applications.
  5. During the Campaign period (within 7 days) from 8th May 2024 to 14th May 2024, Customers will get the chance and benefits of the Campaign from Shwe Nar Sin Mini App of KBZPay. 
  6. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers can enjoy many Myanmar songs and audio books for Free Trial- 1 week without having to purchase service and KBZPay Customers will not be able to enjoy the Free Trial- 1-week free promotion at the end of this Campaign period. If the service expires during the Campaign period, those who have received the service will be able to listen to many Myanmar songs and good audio books from the Shwe Nar Sin Mini App for free until the end of the Campaign period.
  1. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version  Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  1. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  1. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  1. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  1. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms And Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
  1.  All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for Shwe Nar Sin Mini App apply.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  1. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ and Shwe Nar Sin will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
