“Sweeten your day with J’Donuts and pay with KBZPay” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Sweeten your day with J’Donuts and pay with KBZPay Campaign” takes place from 28th August 2024 to 10th September 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account users.  If Level 1 and Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers and youth account customers to get Cashbacks by making purchases 20,000 Kyats and above successfully at J’Donuts shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR  (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay).
  4. It will be eligible for the payment of 20,000 Kyats and above for making  payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and the customer will receive 2,000 Kyats cashback      .
  5. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can be entitled to receive one chance per day. There are limited 100 cashbacks quotas every day. Customers will be able to get their Cashback directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under “History”. Cashback rewards are

If the Cashback amount specified for this Campaign period is reached, “Thank You” will be returned.

  1. Cashback will be received directly into the KBZPay wallet. However, the Cashback  credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ
  2. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  3. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  4. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  5. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner  of fraudulent activities.
  6. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  7. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  8. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  9. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the J’Donuts      shops apply.
  10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  11. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
