Terms and Conditions of “Win Prizes with International Remittance on KBZPay” Campaign

  1. KBZPay “Win Prizes with International Remittance on KBZPay” Campaign takes place from 7th June 2024 to 7th July 2024.
  2. Only KBZPay Level 2 Customers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. KBZPay Level 1 and Level 1.5 Customers need to upgrade to Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
  3. The purpose of the Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to receive any amount of  international remittance on KBZPay and get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel and win prizes. 
  4. Every time Customers receive an international remittance in any amount on KBZPay during this Campaign, they will receive one (1) chance to spin the Spin Wheel. 
  5. There is no limit to the number of chances a Customer can get from receiving international remittance during this campaign. 
  6. The Cashback and Coupon included in the Spin Wheel are as follows;
    • 100,000 Ks Cashback
    • 5,000 Ks Cashback
    • 1,000 Ks Cashback 
    • 500 Ks Top-up Coupon
    • 200 Ks Top-up Coupon
    • Thank You!
  7. After successfully receiving international remittance and a chance to spin the Spin Wheel, Customers have the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the  Campaign period. Customers are required to utilize their Spin Wheel chancess during the Campaign period as these Spin Wheel chancess received by the Customer will automatically expire upon the end of the Campaign.
  8. Customers will be notified through their KBZPay when they get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel upon receiving the international remittance, and the Customers can access and spin the wheels through their KBZPay Campaign Page.
  1. Customers will be able to see how many chances they have on the Campaign page of KBZPay during this Campaign.
  2. Customers will be able to check their Top-up Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can use only one Top-up Coupon per phone bill top-up transaction. Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  3. Customers need to use the Top-Up Coupons within seven (7) days of receiving them, as they will expire after this period and may no longer be usable.
  4. During this Campaign, Top-Up Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their prize as cash.
  5. During this Campaign period, Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (11) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  6. KBZ employees are eligible to participate in this Campaign. 
  7. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  8. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  9. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  10. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend, or cancel, or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or  Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this  Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this  Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  12. The normal KBZPay ‌and International Remittance Terms and Conditions apply.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  14. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
