Top up for Customers and get cash back and special prizes Campaign – Terms & Conditions

  1. Top up for Customers and get cash back and special prizes  Campaign period is from March 16 , 2022 to March 29 , 2022.
  1. Merchants/Agents will get additional cash back 0.5% ( including current cash back) instantly by helping customers to top up minimum 3,000 MMK to maximum 30,000 MMK via KBZPay Red app. 
  1. The eligible merchants/Agents type are Super Agent Retailer၊ Agent owners, Agent Teller, Merchant Owner, Merchant teller, Super Agent Retailer Owner and Super Agent Retailer Teller.
  1. After the Campaign period, Merchants/Agents who topped up the highest amount during the Campaign period can be seen on the ranking list on the Campaign page  of the KBZPay Red App.
  2. The three Winners will get special prizes – 55” Samsung TV (First prize), Iphone 12 pro max (second prize), and Samsung Tablet (third prize). KBZPay will send SMS to the winners. Winners need to contact KBZPay Call Center Number 3211 and send an email to [email protected] about personal information such as Name, NRC No, Ph Number, current address and attached the SMS screenshot. KBZPay will deliver the prize within 10 working days after receiving the email with complete information. In the event of any dispute regarding the prizes, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
  1. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winners.
  2. KBZ did not allow the Winners to exchange their prizes, transferring, assignments or change into cash
  3. During this Campaign period, Super Agent Retailer၊ Agent Owners၊ Agent Teller, Merchant Owner၊ Merchant Teller ၊ Super Agent Retailer Owner၊ Super Agent Retailer Teller will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  1. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information. 
  1. Merchants/ Agents are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner while helping customers to top up .KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Merchants/Agents who are suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  1. Any dispute arises between the Merchants/Agents and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
  1. Merchants/Agents shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.
  1.  KBZ reserves the right, at any time, for any reason, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or  and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
  1. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  2. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
