KBZPay Loyalty Points Program: Win up to 150 Million MMK Campaign Terms and Condition

  1. “KBZPay Loyalty Points Program_ Win up to 150 Million MMK ” Campaign takes place from 1st January 2026 to 2nd 31st March 2026.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Youth Account users will be allowed to participate only with the consent of their respective guardians. Participation of Youth Account users in this campaign will be deemed as having obtained the consent of their respective guardians.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account Customers to complete the designated tasks to get Points. With received Points , KBZPay users can spin the wheel to win the rewards. When the users spin wheel each time, the system will deduct 500 Points automatically.
  4. The eligible KBZPay user can spin the wheel to win the following rewards by using the Points received.

6. The tasks required to earn Points are different for each user group. The tasks for each group and the Points they can receive after completing them, are shown below: Group 1: New Onboarding Users(Users who upgrade to Level 2 during the campaign period)

Noted: Top up, Bill Payment, P2P, Short Dramas, Mini Apps, Gift Card ,etc are included in the KBZPay services.

7. Win Up to 2M Special Prizes

Users from each group who complete all required tasks and sign in on the Campaign page on at least 7 days within the same month will be eligible to receive the monthly prize of 2,000,000 kyats( Two Hundred Thousand Kyats), as outlined in the reward schedule. Eligible users may open the lucky box to win special prizes.

8. The Customers can access the coupon by navigating to "Coupons" in KBZPay. Each coupon is valid for (14) days Pointing from the date of receipt.The Discount Coupon received from this Campaign can be redeemed for any payment according to the below conditions.

9. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of Cash back eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”. KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for rewards as there are limits about the number of the times for cashbacks will be given every day. The reward credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.

10. 2M Sepcailli Prizes will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”.

11. Under this Campaign, the coupons received by KBZPay customers cannot be exchanged for cash at any time by KBZ, and customers are not entitled to request such an exchange.

12. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. KBZPay users who have received the coupons will be allowed to use them in accordance with the provisions stated in Section (5), as long as the coupons remain valid.

13. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.

14. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

15. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.

16. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

17. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

18. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

19. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and relevant Merchants terms and conditions shall apply.

20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

21. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.

22. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
