1. “Enjoy KBZPay Thingyan Together in Myanmar Tagu Season and Get Up to 160 Million MMK Pocket Money!” Campaign starts from 11st April 2026 to 18th April 2026.
2. KBZPay Level 1.5 ,Level 2 and Youth Account Customers will be able to participate in this Campaign. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Youth Account users will be allowed to participate only with the consent of their respective guardians. Participation of Youth Account users in this campaign will be deemed as having obtained the consent of their respective guardians.In order to participate in this Campaign, the customer needs to collect Padauk Flowers in advance to get the Thingyan pocket money before the pocket money opening days.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to enable KBZPay Customers to get Thingyan pocket money. After collecting Padauk Flowers in advance, the Customer can get one of three types of pocket money prizes such as Water Cup, Water Bucket and Silver Water Bowl, depending on the number of Padauk Flowers that they have collected during the Campaign. Additionally, with the collected Padauk Flower, customers can exchange the coupon and open the mystery box to get special rewards.

4. In order to collect the Padauk Flowers in advance, KBZPay Customer will have to complete the following tasks and get the Padauk Flowers during the Campaign.
4.1 Sending Thingyan Blessing Message
To collect Padauk Flowers, participants need to send a Thingyan Blessing Message among their friends by sending the Thingyan Wish Link specified by KBZPay and entering the shared Link through social media during the campaign period. Each participant may share or be shared up to three (3) times per day. However, they can only share or be shared by the same friend once per day.
4.2 Daily Check-In Campaign Page.

4.4 Enter and observe the Short Dramas in KBZPay.
4.5 Enter the KBZPay Market and check the best deals.
4.6 Enter and observe the Arcade in KBZPay.

4.8 Cash in Ten Thousand (10,000) Kyats and above From the user’s bank account to User’s KBZPay Wallet.
4.9 Pay Ten Thousand (10,000) kyats and above for Any Bill Payment in KBZPay.
4.10 Top up Five Thousand (5000) Kyats and above (Excluding ATOM) by KBZPay.
4.11 Make payment Ten Thousand (10,000) Kyats and above with a QR Code Payment at the Merchant Shops by scanning the Merchant Shops’ QR Codes.
4.12 Top up the Gift Card with Ten Thousand (10,000) Kyats or above by KBZPay.
4.13 Purchase any product (150 Kyats or above) at the KBZPay Mini Apps (excluding Short Drama).
4.14 Spend One Hundred (100) Kyats and above at the Short Dramas in KBZPay.
4.15 Pay Forty Thousand (40,000) Kyats and above for Any QuickPay Payment in KBZPay.
4.16 Receive Three Hundred Thousand (300,000) MMK and above International Money Transfer with KBZPay.
5. The maximum number of times an activity can be performed per day and the number of Padauk Flowers available are as follows.
6. KBZPay Customers can exchange the following coupons using the Padauk Flowers they have collected at the coupon exchange section in KBZPay everyday.Each Customer can claim and redeem a maximum of Three (3) coupons per day.
7. KBZPay Customers can open the mystery box using the Padauk Flowers they have collected in advance and win special rewards,the Samsung Galaxy A56, including other rewards. Each time KBZPay Customers open the Mystery box every day during the Campaign, 8 Padauk Flowers will be automatically deducted for each time. The rewards are-

8. The Coupon received from Blind Box can be redeemed according to the below conditions.
Universal coupons can be used for QR Payments (not including other Bank’s MMQR Payment),Top Up, Bill Payment,KBZPay Mini Apps,Gift Cards,Quick Pay,KBZPay Market.
9. The Samsung Galaxy A 56,OPPO A6, FUJIFILM Instax Mini 12,Samsung Galaxy Watch FE,Redmi Pad 2 -special prizes which were won in this Campaign will be delivered directly to the winners. However, if delivery to the winner's location is not feasible, they will need to collect their physical prizes from a KBZPay-designated location. Winners of the special prizes will be notified via SMS by KBZPay. Special Reward winners can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC, phone number and current address. Once KBZPay checks and confirms that the information is completed, Prizes will be delivered to the winners. For the winner whose location is not feasible, KBZPay will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prizes. Please be advised that KBZPay shall not be held responsible for any delivery errors or losses resulting from incorrect personal information provided by the winners.
10. The winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZPay’s designated place within the specified days after receiving the confirmation SMS. Winners will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZPay will withdraw the prize if the prize is not collected within the specified date. The winner must accept the prize only after it has been checked the prize at the time of collection. KBZPay will not be liable for any errors or damages in the prize received by the winner.
11. KBZPay Thingyan Pocket Money
KBZPay Users can get the Thingyan pocket money by clicking “Open Button” in the campaign page using the Padauk Flower which have collected in advance.In order to get pocket money, the system will automatically match the prizes pool such as the Water Cup, Water Bucket and Silver Water Bowl based on the Padauk Flower they have collected on 15th,16th,17th and 18th April 2026 at 8:00pm.As KBZPay Users, they can only unlock any one of the Water Cup, Water Bucket and Silver Water Bowl per day and get pocket money. There shall not be the same specific number of Padauk Flowers to unlock the Water Cup, Water Bucket and Silver Water Bowl each day.
12. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account prior to the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the KBZPay Pocket Money.
13. KBZPay Customers need the Padauk Flowers that have been collected by performing the tasks specified in Clause 4 by KBZPay to unlock the Pocket Money Prizes, to exchange the Coupons, to open Mystery box, and after one time use,the Padauk Flowers need to be collected for another time use.
14. Cashbacks will be delivered directly to Customers’ wallets and Coupons will be found in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. The validity of each Coupon is (24) hours and once the 24hours expire, the coupon will no longer be valid for use. The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
15. Special reward winners and coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize/coupon as cash.
16. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign.
17. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media.
18. KBZPay Customers who make payments at merchant outlets using Other Bank’s MMQR are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
19. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 14, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
20. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
21. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
22. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
23. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
24. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
25. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the relevant Merchants apply.
26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
27. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
28. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
