What’s Your Cell Telling You Today? " Mini App Promotion Campaign Terms and Conditions

1."The KBZPay “What’s Your Cell Telling You Today” Mini Apps Promotion campaign will takes place from 29th November 2025 to 19th December 2025.

2.KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account Customers can participate in this Campaign. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.

3.The purpose of this Campaign is to allow KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2, and Youth Account users to collect “Candies” during the promotion period for a chance to win prizes such as the iPhone 17 Pro, cashback, and phone bill top-up coupons.During this campaign period, users will also be able to receive “OA Exclusive Promotions” coupons from Mini Apps Merchants. The prizes available during the campaign period are as follows:

4.During the campaign , participants can collect candies by making transactions in KBZPay Mini Apps, Selecting their favorite daily “Cells,” and Sharing and inviting the Campaign to friends. Every 5 candies can be used to play the claw machine to win rewards.

5.During the campaign , there is no limit on the number of purchases in KBZPay Mini Apps, allowing participants to collect more candies :

6.In the daily “What’s Your Cell Telling You Today” section, the following Cells will be displayed: Twar Mal Cell, Sar Mal Cell, Wal Mal Cell, Chill Mal Cell, May Mal Cell, and Poh Mal Cell. Participants may select one (1) Cell per day, and each daily selection will earn one (1) Candy. Participants who select a Cell for (7) consecutive days may receive the daily candies and may additionally earn up to (2 ) extra Candies, totaling 9 candies.

7.Within the sharing and invitation section, participants may share the campaign with (1) friend per day. When the invited friend accesses and joins the Promotion via the shared link, both the participant and the invited friend will be awarded (1) candy each.

8.“OA Exclusive Promotions” coupons from participating Mini Apps merchants will be made available through the KBZPay Notifications aka KBZPay Official Account or by accessing the campaign page.These coupons must be collected by viewing the corresponding articles available on the Official Accounts. The validity period and terms and conditions of each promotion coupon shall be subject to the relevant articles published on the KBZPay Official Account. Coupons obtained from the Official Account articles can be used at the applicable Merchants within the KBZPay Mini Apps.

9.If a participant wins the iPhone 17 Pro through this campaign, the winner will be announced via the KBZPay Official Facebook Page and KBZPay Official Account within 14 business days following the end of the Promotion. The winner must personally collect the prize at the designated location, presenting their registered KBZPay account used to participate in the Promotion along with their valid National ID. Participants are solely responsible for inspecting the quality, color, authenticity, and other attributes of any rewards they claim. Participants acknowledge and agree that KBZ shall not be held responsible for resolving any disputes arising in connection with such matters.

10.Cashbacks will be delivered directly instantly to Customers’ wallets and Coupons will be found in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can enjoy the coupons received from claw machine within the campaign and up to 7 days after the campaign period from the day they receive the coupon.The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.

11.There is a limited number of Coupons, Cashbacks, and iphone 17 pro Reward available in this Campaign. Participants are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their Coupons or iphone 17 pro reward as cash.

12.Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account.

13.KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

14.Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.

15.In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

16.KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

17.Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

18.All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.

19.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

20.KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.

21.These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
